The Agency seeks to collect information on available suppliers that are currently providing goods, services and works to Procuring Entities (PEs) and those that have future interest in doing same.
In this regard, the Agency encourages suppliers to register their details with the Agency so as to allow the agency to create and publish a list of these suppliers on its website for easy access by PEs seeking to procure. Through the Supplier Directory the Agency aims to assist Procuring Entities achieve the maximum competition principle to ensure value for money in public procurement as envisaged by Section 38 of the Procurement Act.
